Exciting times ahead at Exhall on 29th November we have the one and ony Cleo Jarvis coming along to share in the festivities and teach some very Unique and festive classes for us.

Dt duties
I have been very busy this last week, doing my bit for Steph over at Indigo Mills
Steph gave me some wonderfull goodies to make some projects for this months design team leaftlet, available with the monthly kit. The kit will be crammed full of inspiration and ideas and this month Steph has put together something very different ohhh.

Exhall Crop October 09
Another fab crop at Exhall in October with non other than the awesome Ifa Zainon.
One of my all time favourite designers, came along with 2 beautiful classes including her trademark watecolours.

Ohh I love a challenge
And last month Scrapbook Inspirations magazine asked me if would like to take part in their lace feature for the magazine.
So I popped to the local Haberdashery shop and stocked up on some bargain pieces of lace and made this page for them.

A layout to share
Well I managed to use my rather large flower on a layout after all, as it is so bold and large I decided to keep the page simple so this lovely photograph of Tracie didn’t get lost on the page.
The papers I used for this page are from Kindred Spirit available over in the Indigo Mills shop
Its been a very quiet weekend here autumn really seems to be settling in now and i’m looking forward to getting a few seasonal pics soon.
Right I do believe the Xfactor will be on shortly and i’m not one to miss a good bit of reality TV.

Yes i have been faffing around making flowers with the lush velvet blooms kits from Indigo Mill.
This flower was so simple to make, pop on over to The Mill Pond for a small tutorial.

Classes from September crop
Well I really can’t believe it myself but I have managed to finish both of the classes taught by Sarah Palmer at this months Exhall crop.
It was a fantastic day, fab company, fab kits from Sarahs cards, fab teacher and lots of goodies from the Indigo Mill shop.
I have to say a huge thanks to Diane for the stunning trifle she made, I only wish I got to taste it, but I hear its was outstanding.
I really enjoyed doing this months classes, loved loved loved painting all over my thickers even though I spent way to long doing it!
Next Month we have another guest designer coming to teach a couple of classes, the very talented Ifa Zainon, and I cant wait to see what she has in store for us.

Exhall Crop
The next Exhall crop will be held on Sunday 27th September, we have UKS Gertie (Sarah Palmer) coming along to teach two lovely layout classes.
Kits will be provided by Sarah’s Cards and shopping will be provided by Indigo Mills.

Altered Canvas
I have had a very busy couple of weeks, my Youngest has just started school and at the minute is doing silly times, so we are up and down the school like yo yo’s.
It is nice having a bit of time for myself as much as i’m missing him, so I have been messing around with a canvas which I have had for a while. I used the Kindred Spirit Felicity range available at Indigo Mills to complete my canvas, and now I think I need to make another one for my son.

Pink Lemonade
I was fortunate enough to get to play with Pink Lemonade one of this months September kits from Indigo Mills, I love the the mix of orange and pink in this kit and thought it would make a perfect mini book for my daughter.
I used only a few bits from the kit to make this book, and there is still plenty left to make more things! Full instructions for this book and many other designs comes complete with the kit.
